One bedroom, one bath, large carport, window a/c units in living room and bedroom. The kitchen is open for easy entertaining. There is a large, screened porch where you can entertain guests or just enjoy the view with your morning coffee and reading material. You can enjoy the view of the saltwater bayou nearby, dolphins playing and manatees swimming along with other wildlife. The community is very friendly and welcoming. Come on down to the sunshine and warmth of our community. Enjoy a relaxing day by the heated pool and a stroll by the bayou. Enjoy a game of bingo at the clubhouse and enjoy our coffee hour on Thursdays or game time several days a week from 1PM until 3PM. We also have a monthly breakfast and a monthly potluck dinner at our clubhouse along with holiday parties. We have a wonderful library, a puzzle area, a billiards room and shuffleboard. We are only a few minutes from the beach, shopping, entertainment, multiple restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and just a few short blocks from the Pinellas Trail where you can enjoy a morning jog, a bicycle ride or even skating.
