Villa Julie is a clean, beautifully decorated pool home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in a quiet neighborhood in the desirable SW area of Cape Coral. This home has been extensively and tastefully renovated with new finishes, furniture, and appliances.  You can reach an abundance of different restaurants, various shopping options, local attractions, and a public golf course all within a few minutes drive.  The warm water of the Gulf Coast beaches is just a short drive away. Living Room: Upon entering the home, the double-door entry welcomes you into the living room with a direct view of the lanai and pool area. This area features a large, comfortable sofa and side reclining chair, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. The split floor plan assures privacy, with the master suite located on one side of the home and the other two bedrooms located on the opposite side. Kitchen/Dining Room: Villa Julie's fully equipped kitchen offers an abundance of cookware and utensils for those who enjoy cooking.  Modern appliances with filtered water and ice maker, ample storage, and a breakfast bar with room for three complete the kitchen. The dining room offers seating for six. In addition, there is a breakfast nook, perfect to have your morning coffee with a lovely view of the lanai and pool.  Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The spacious master suite features a flat-screen tv, a Queen-size bed, and an attached en-suite bathroom with a completely tiled walk-in shower. There is also a desk available for those who need to catch up on email.  Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: One guest bedroom hosts a Queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has a large King-sized bed. They share the guest bathroom, which offers a tub/shower combination. Pool/Lanai: A groomed hedgerow surrounds the electric-heated pool for ultimate privacy. The prized southern exposure of the pool provides sun all day long. The lanai offers enough seating for the whole family to relax, float in the pool, or work on their tan in the warm Florida Sunshine. A large flat-screen TV outside completes the experience.
