There is even a sleeper sofa. To the right of the entrance, you will find a very cozy sitting area, which is great for enjoying a good book. Kitchen/Dining Room: The kitchen is furnished with all the usual appliances and offers an adjacent breakfast nook for four people, with a fabulous view of the canal and pool. There is a breakfast bar with additional seating for three, which is great for a quick breakfast or brunch before heading out to your favorite beach or lounging by the pool. There is a formal dining room with seating for four, perfect for family dinners. Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The large glass slider has a fantastic view of the pool and canal. Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The two guest bedrooms offer a Queen-size bed and flat-screen TV each. One room features a glass slider that leads into the tropical lanai. They both share the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Pool/Lanai/Dock: The large lanai has comfortable outdoor furniture and plenty of seating, including four sun loungers and a poolside dining area, making it a perfect location for a group of friends or family members to unwind and work on your Florida tan! The electric heated pool with a spa will give you hours of relaxation. Enjoy some cocktails around the tiki hut located on the dock.
